34ce2513c8 Add an image for git v2.16 and Chrome v63 
Also adds a caching mechanism for storing the latest version in an S3 bucket.

24bab8e5bf Remove doc-gitlab-com image, not used anymore 
This was an image used for the custom generated docs site.
We've since migrated to Nanoc, so we no longer need that image.

In the case of rspec or spinach, we can't take the risk to run a couple
of other implementation for C libraries and the like. For static
analyses however, we can take this risk.
