DJ Mountney	c434df8ede	Add bash to the ubi-release image ... alpine only comes with ash, which is pain when you are trying to create clean looking script files. Also bumped the alpine version one step, to keep us from getting too out of date.	2020-06-26 12:54:15 -07:00
